Maranon Capital provides senior financing, mezzanine debt and equity co-investments for both private equity-backed as well as entrepreneur-owned middle market transactions. We have the flexibility to invest either as a lead lender or a club participant in senior transactions, and as the sole or lead lender in mezzanine transactions. Maranon Capital does not take control equity positions, but will consider a minority equity role in conjunction with a financing relationship.
