CHICAGO--Maranon Capital, L.P. (“Maranon”) is pleased to announce that Laura Albrecht has joined the Board of Directors of Uncle John’s Pride, LLC. Laura is a Managing Director at Maranon and brings significant expertise in the food sector. 

Laura joined Maranon in 2010 and has 24 years in leverage lending, private equity, asset management and corporate valuation across positions in sponsor finance, buyout and restructuring groups. She serves as a Board Observer for three other portfolio companies. 

Laura earned an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
